Markus Rupprecht (Founder and Head of Product):
Markus is a banker and financial services person for more than 20 years. He was working in Corporate banking for over 10 years at Deutsche Bank before he joined some Consultancy companies to enhance corporates Supply chain financing, Trade Finance and payments. 2009 he successfully founded Traxpay AG and is still serving as their head of the advisory board. He left his active role as Chief Strategy Officer end of 2013 because he spotted the amazing opportunity in short term financing and strengthening both Suppliers and Buyers in their ecosystems.

Philipp von Randow (Co-Founder and CEO):
Philipp’s career in corporate finance spans 30 years. A trained lawyer and economist he has worked as advisor to governments, the World Bank, and since 2002 as a partner in the Finance Department of one of the leading global law firms Latham & Watkins LLP, representing sovereign wealth funds, companies, banks, and private equity houses on large- scale financings and restructurings. He retired from the practice of law to launch InvoiceAuction in 2014 together with InvoiceAuction- Founder Markus Rupprecht.
